New venue for Thursday's Imaginary Holiday Party... El Corazon to the rescue!
Submitted by imaginary liz on December 17, 2007.In the wake of sadness that is the closing of the Crocodile, I've found a bright spot: the generosity, and quickstep of El Corazon to sweep in and help figure out how to host our show on such short notice.
It's official! Our BIG Thursday night show has been moved from the Crocodile (RIP) to El Corazon!
Dec 20th is the night of El Corazon's Office Party (they're having it off-site), but EC's booker, Dana Sims, has been able to gather a crew of folks from around town to staff the place for our show. It's this kind of gracious spirit to pitch in when he doesn't have to and gather folks from the Seattle music club community to make sure the benefit show still goes on that gives me warm fuzzies.
The details haven't changed much... but make a note in your calendar and we'll see you there!

ChrisB is right. Not long after word about the Crocodile got out, El Corazon approached us about playing Wednesday (I'm a member of Bridges). Big thanks to them for helping us make sure the show goes on!

sweet!
Still, kind of sad I never got to watch a show at the croc on the 21+ side while getting tipsy... aww...

Yay for El Corazon!
From their calendar, it looks like they also took on Wednesday's show that was to be at the Croc with Elder Mason, Beehive, and Bridges.
