I'm surprised to see Underworld and UNKLE. I was fans of both groups previous albums, but didn't hear much positive about their latest outings.

I've heard a couple tracks off of In Rainbows. Cool songs, one was overhead in a bar -nice and hushed experimental. T
The other song was heard in full on a good car stereo - kind of lik Pearl Jam in a way, but less mountian wild man and more English school boy.
I still think one of my top 3 faves by them is "Creep"
The Pearl Jam reference is weird because the "Live @ Easy Street" was the only out of your lists that I bought. I think John Doe is on it, one of my heroes!
Robert Plant/Allison Krauss sounds like it might be good.

In Rainbows didn't really grab me either. I gave it a couple of listens but haven't really gone back to it much. Call it 'ethereal' or whatever, a lot of the tracks are just too slow for my taste.
Nice to see Carnavas on the best sellers list for 2007. Pretty good for an album released in mid-2006.

Oh yeah, Randy, I had the same thought re: Carnavas! When are Silversun Pickups gonna give us more? I'm hungry and it's been a loooooong time.

I know Radiohead is, well RADIOHEAD, but the best of the year? I don't know about that...
