Is Duffy the PG Amy Winehouse?

Currently #1 in the UK for the 12,000th week — both on the singles and album chart — is the singly named Duffy. I'm sure her plague will be headed west soon.

Now, maybe I'm cynical, but is Duffy just a cleaned up version of Amy Winehouse? Judge for yourself.

I think it's OK. Yes, references to Amy Winehouse are going to be made. It's what they're calling the new white soul revitalization.....

Duffy's a little more Dustry Springfield/Nancy Sinatra than Amy is IMO.

No way, I don't like it. I'm the only me and Duffy is just a stupido who can sing a little, but not as good as me. She only is famous coz she hit Paris Hilton (most people dunno this).
