I agree with Jeff. Reliving the grunge years in Redmond with a bunch of people who weren’t actually there the first time around sounds sad. Sub Pop nights at the Vogue weren’t supposed to be remembered like this. Somewhere things went wrong for Sub Pop. Isn't it strange that last weekend Boston and Styx played at Marymoor Park? I'll bet a lot of the same people are going to the SP20. Grunge goes Redmond? Or Sub Pop moves to the suburbs?
