Neither Jenny Lewis's nor Albert Hammond Jr's stuff really sounded much different, let alone entirely different, than Rilo Kiley or The Stokes; country-infused folk, riff-ridden garage rock with pop sensibility.

It's too bad this album sucks. Writer's Block is an album people shouldn't...write off. Hyuck, hyuck. Hopefully he won't make any long tour efforts with this one and just gets back to writing a new PB&J album.
