Yes - I was at the Cloud Cult show last Friday where the same thing happened. They had to take a single show and split it into 2 sets (9:00 & midnight) to accomodate the oversold show. It couldn't have been only 250, it was more than that...but the city has definitely put restrictions on how many people can be there.
