Three Imaginary Girls

Seattle's Indie-Pop Press – Music Reviews, Film Reviews, and Big Fun

Seattle's wunderkinds of syntho-electric instrumental moodiness has a brand new record out today. Sleepy Eyes of Death celebrated the release of Street Lights For A Ribcage last Saturday night with a show at the Croc. Their live shows incorporate tons of smoke, lights, visual stimulations, and of course beats! They don't have any others shows lined up, but check their website for updates and to hear the track "Mean Time Til Failure" from the
new record!

I have a soft spot for Suzanne Vega, so I am keen to hear her new one called "Beauty & Crime," which is a tribute to her beloved home of NYC. No Depression panned the record, but I am still gonna give it listen.

Here's the rest of 'em:

BEHOMOTH – Apostacy
DAVID BOWIE – Up Close & Personal (DVD)
CHEMICAL BROTHERS – We Are The Night
THE EDITORS – An End Has A Start
EINSTERZENDE NEUBALTEN – Palast Der Republik
FAUST – So Far
THE KNIFE – Silent Shout (Deluxe Version)
MAGIC NUMBERS – Those The Brakes
MXPX – Secret Weapon
NILE – ITHYPHALLIC
RAISING THE FAWN – Sleight Of Hand
KLAUS SCHULZE – Kontinuum
SLEEPY EYES OF DEATH – Street Lights For A Ribcage
