It's pop night at the Crocodile!
Submitted by serotonein on April 20, 2007.A few of the best in power-pop Seattle has to offer take over the Croc tonight.
The headliners are Red Sky {the formerly-named New West Motels}. They added a couple members of Swell a few months ago & wanted a new name to better capture their sound. Both Shake Some Action & Young Sportsmen have both been mentioned numerous times on this site, and deservedly so. With the temporary hiatus of Math & Physics Club, it seems as if Central Services have been playing everywhere of late {El Corazon & Atlas Clothing just last weekend}. They might just stick to their own material, but maybe they'll toss in a Duran Duran cover, too. It's worth showing up early to find out.
All this for only $7!

Having had to miss the last two Shake Some Action shows due to being out of town, I wouldn't miss tonight for anything.

I am with you on this one Dana.. It was a hard decision because I want to support my boys at Neumos, but I just cannot pass on the lineup at the Croc tonight! I think I will make the trip to the Easy Street on May 5th to see Slender Means play then. SEE YOU TONIGHT!!! xox

Yeah, having this show and the Slender Means EP release the same night is UNFAIR. Until they event cloning for reals. Then I'd be delighted.
