Three Imaginary Girls

Seattle's Indie-Pop Press – Music Reviews, Film Reviews, and Big Fun

The show we've been waiting months and months for is only two days away. This THURSDAY join us as we celebrate the big Tullycraft {album release} / Math & Physics Club / Patience Please {album release} show at the Crocodile.

Yesterday we marked the countdown by launching our Patience Please giveaway. To enter to win just email us with a list of your three favorite things that start with P (drawing ends tomorrow – enter soon!).

Today we're going to take a look at our sweethearts Math and Physics Club. They're fresh off a mini-tour with The Lucksmiths (be still our hearts!) which capped off with MaPC's EP release show here in Seattle.

I don't want their tender hearts to swell too much, but we've followed this band since their demo days and they've really grown into a band of performers as well as musicians with a tasty collection of songs that are filled with Belle & Sebastian vim and Smiths vigor.

Here's a video of "April Showers" (track from their full-length album released earlier this year) recorded during MaPC's recent visit to Sonic Boom Records.
