Joseph Riippi was born in Seattle and lives in New York City, where he is working on an MFA. Recent stories and essays have appeared in The Brooklyn Rail, New Delta Review, Salamander, and The Bitter Oleander.
His first novel, do something! do something! do something!, will be published in July 2009.
He's written for Three Imaginary Girls since Super Bowl Sunday 2003, when on a lark he sent them an imaginary interview he did with the Unicorns for his college paper.
