If you're looking for some melodic, downtempo tunes to compliment the chill in the air over the long weekend, go check out Saeta at the Comet Tavern this Saturday {1/17/09} at 9:00 pm.  They will be opening for Spanish for 100.

Else Another Light Go Out is Saeta's fifth album, and was recorded and mixed by Kramer (Galaxie 5000, Low, Palace Brothers). A dark and deeply personal album, the combination of Matt Menoveik's low, almost brittle sounding vocals and the gentle cradle the accompaniment of the accoustic guitar, piano and cello provide them deliver a unique and beautiful sound.
