Three Imaginary Girls

Seattle's Indie-Pop Press – Music Reviews, Film Reviews, and Big Fun

After reading an interesting piece about Radiohead's plan for touring on Billboard.com, I clicked on a link to the Billboard Top 100 whose "hottest" track this week is something called "Crank That (Soulja Boy)" by Soulja Boy Tell'em. Apparently, this has been the hottest song for the last six weeks.

I've never in my life heard of Soulja Boy, nor have I heard of Colbie Calliat (#5) or J. Holiday (#8). Am I missing anything here, or should I go back under my (indie) rock?
