This summer looks to be expensive for Seattle's music fans. Sasquatch this weekend, our own Exile In {Imaginary} Girlville on June 25th, the Capitol Hill Block Party in July, not to mention the numerous club shows we all spend our hard-earned dollars on. It'll be a great summer for everyone who's ready to live on a steady diet of Top Ramen and cheap beer.

Luckily, the organizers of Bumbershoot understand our need to be thrifty. To help, they're launching an Insider's Deal presale with tickets to Seattle's late August festival of music, comedy and art at discounted prices.

This "Insider's Deal" is for a single day-specific ticket at $25 / day, which will be available in limited quantities only to Insiders (like you!) with a special code. That's a 38% savings off the full price!

The Insider's Deal discounted tickets will be available exclusively at bumbershoot.org. The special sale begins on May 29, and runs until discounted tickets sell out.

Once the Insider's Deal is over, single day-specific tickets will increase to the advance ticket price of $35 / day. On August 16 the regular full price will be in effect, at $40 / day. The 3-day pass is on sale now for $80, and will increase to full price of $100 on August 16.

Bumbershoot runs August 30th to September 1st. Get your tickets early and you might be able to afford a drink or two.
