This weekend’s Decibel Festival is a feast of electronic music and visual arts. Passes and single show tickets are available, but if you’re short on the cash, there’s plenty of free events where you can get a whole lotta bass and groove on and stay within your budget.

The South Hall portion of the gala program is free!
