I'm totally excited to go see the Tallest Man on Earth at the Triple Door on tonight (March 23) at 7:30pm ($12).

I've only recently heard "The Gardener" on KEXP and was immediately swept away by the backwoods accoustic style and the Dylan-esque vocals. It's unfathomable to me that this guy is from Sweden. I absolutely cannot wait to see how this hollow, singular sound will translate into the big space at the Triple Door!

His only album Shallow Grave came out about a year ago (Pitchfork gave it 8.3/10) He toured with Bon Iver last year and just finished playing all 3 days of 2009's South by Southwest.
