Three Imaginary Girls

Seattle's Indie-Pop Press – Music Reviews, Film Reviews, and Big Fun

It's not every day that Three Imaginary Girls turns five years old. That's why we're celebrating it twice: once on FRIDAY night, July 6th with our 21+ pals, and once on SATURDAY night, July 7th, with the all-ages peeps. Big fun will be had by all!

In honor of the 19th (and 20th) days pre-show, today we give you a video from Dolour, a fabulous Seattle-based band and long-time TIG fave. This song is called "Lyin', Hidin', Cryin'," and it's from their brand spankin' new record The Year in the Wilderness.

The video was recorded live at Western Washinton University in Bellingham in early May 2007, and it's got a positively twangy guitar (as any song with that many dropped final g's should):

Here's the full runddown for both shows. We hope to see you there!!
