Three Imaginary Girls

Seattle's Indie-Pop Press – Music Reviews, Film Reviews, and Big Fun

Once again, the man is keeping indie-pop down.

It’s with a heavy heart that I share the news that the Allo Darlin show {scheduled for Tuesday 5/24 at the Vera Project} we’ve all been looking forward to FOR MONTHS has been cancelled due to visa issues.  We’re not the only ones who are missing out. Looks like all their west coast and southwest shows have had to be cancelled as well. The lucky ducks at their June 8th show in NYC will be the first stop on this round of dates in the US {see below for more tour date info}.

Fingers are crossed that they will be able to return in the fall, hopefully  with lots of new songs from their second album {set to release in 2012?} and maybe even some new vinyl!

Once we hear more info on when they are able to return, you can be sure that we’ll be the first to let you all know.

But, you can still get your Special Places fill. Join us at the Rendezvous on Friday, June 3, 2011 when they share the bill with Monnone Alone, Math & Physics Club, and The Smittens.
