Another paper rag is giving up the ghost… The alt-rock bible, No Depression mag, will cease printing after the release of its spring issue. The publication–founded in 1995–plans to keep up their presence on the internet, though they claim the website will not 'replace' the print version of the mag.
ND blames the evolution of both the print-publication and music worlds — a lethal combination for a niche publication like theirs.
This is especially hard news for Seattle to swallow, given that No Depression held one of their two offices here in town.
