Three Imaginary Girls

New York City remix wizard, Pocket, who has previously done mixes for Radiohead and Beck, will be releasing the first of a cluster of singles on Tuesday. The track,"Surround Him With Love," features vocals by Robyn Hitchcock and is a pumping slab of electronics, dance beats and fiery guitars.

The single also includes three remixes of the title track and an extra song, "Let Her Close Her Eyes," with vocals by Shonali Bhowmik of Tigers and Monkeys. This one sounds like it could have fit right on Music for the Masses by Depeche Mode.

Further singles are planned featuring vocal appearances by Mark Burgess (The Chameleons), Steve Kilbey (The Church), Tanya Donelly (Throwing Muses/Belly), Craig Wedron (Shudder to Think) and others. Keep your eyes out for these exciting releases and in the meantime, you can hear "Surround Him With Love" on the official website.
