Three Imaginary Girls

Today is the 27th anniversary of John Lennon's death in 1980 (and it's my 21st birthday!). A couple hundred people or so gathered at the Strawberry Fields memorial in Central Park today to sing songs and play guitars and bang on tambourines. I stayed there for about an hour while the crowd sang "Revolution," "Don't Let Me Down," "Penny Lane," "Across the Universe," "Please Please Me," among others. It was awesome, to say the least. And then it got chilly, and it was less awesome.

So — what's your favorite Lennon song? (or Lennon-written Beatles song)

I'll start with "I Should've Known Better"
