I don't know about all of you, but I've been in a moderate funk all weekend, after too many days spent reading political blogs. I tried to step away as much as I could this weekend, but I'm somewhat obsessed — not to mention, consistently horrified by how we have grown into a nation of extremely poor spellers (among other things).

Save me from my general malaise; tell me about all the great rock and roll shows you saw this weekend, pretty please. We've got reviews up of the Karl Blau, Fuck Buttons, and the Centro-matic shows (the latter of which included a surprise appearance by John Roderick of the Long Winters!), with Ratatat and Mogwai coming shortly.
