It's only THREE more days (our favorite number, the magic number) till our Exile in Imaginary Girlville bash at Chop Suey on June 25th. We can not wait to hear all the amazing bands — Team Gina, M. Bison, Throw Me the Statue, Tea Cozies, Lucy Bland, Star Anna, Tennis Pro, Visqueen, and Lesli Wood of Ms. Led — play the songs from Exile in Guyville, in order. It is going to be one amazing party, and we hope to see you there!

As if you needed another reason to come, we've just learned that Lesli Wood — incredible front-woman for Ms. Led and Saeta — has formed a supergroup of local awesomeness to back her up. The band features members of Shake Some Action! and H is for Hellgate… and includes four female vocalists on backing harmonies — Jamie Henkensiefken of H is for Hellgate, Cristina Bautista (formerly of Paxil Rose), and both Gina Bling and Gina Genius of Team Gina.

I can't give away what songs they're performing, but I can say the set will be a crowd pleaser. Srsly.
