Am I reading too much into this… or just out of the loop?  Viva Voce posted a message on their MySpace that their FREE show tonight in Portland is "going to be their last for a while" and notes that this year has been rough.

Rumor mill… what's the scoop?

They are a critical, northwest, and photographer favorite (no one can deny their dashing good looks)… I hope this isn't, gulp, "the end." 

For those of you in the Pacific Northwest, we're playing a farewell to '07 show, and undoubtedly our last for some time. The best thing about it,..it's free & it's going to be a par-tay. I'll spare everyone the year end wrap up, but it was a bugger & we're glad to be cooling the jets for a bit. So let's send it off right:
