Here at “Imaginary Headquarters” we are in full-on NEW WAVE MODE!!!

Those who see us each day are usually greeted with an enthusiastic exclamation of “I Want Candy!!!” and “Girls on Film (two minutes later!!!)”

So what have we been listening to on repeat? The A-Z New Wave Sampler – an imaginary guide to our favorite New Wave songs!!!

It’s a ~80 song sampler of my favorite New Wave songs and I put it together for you to likewise listen to on repeat via Spotify (oddly the Toni Basil and Pere Ubu songs are on YouTube but not Spotify):

See the songs in their delectable original video format – which is the format we most highly recommend.  Behold all 80 songs in an A-Z playlist (you can also view here). Just hit the fast forward button if you want to skip to the next one. Adam Ant’s “Puss in Boots” is one of my favorite videos of all time so it’s with immense elation that I was able to station it as the first video in this guide.

Practice up my talented and enchanting friends! Our New Wave Night party will feature a karaoke portion in which you and yours can take the mic and wow us with your rendition of your favorite New Wave song. The amazing Baby Ketten will be KJing so you know the song choices are unmatched and we’ll all be stars!

After our 8 sets of Seattle Rockstar performances with a live band, the festivities will break out into a New Wave karaoke party in one room and a New Wave dance party (with DJ Mike Steve). Get there to the party early as the karaoke portion and song dibs are first come, first served.

Our 80’s-themed New Wave Photo Booth will be available all night! How often do you get to have your rockstar photo taken by a rockstar photographer (ok, a bunch of you are actual real rockstars – but you know what I mean).
