A friend just turned me on to this: His high school friend's band covering Nate Dogg and Warren G's "Regulate" (which itself samples Michael McDonald's "I Keep Forgetting" and is the basis for Yacht Rock 7). The best part: They're a jug band!

Even without the Yacht Rock connection, "Regulate" is a personal all-time favorite, so this just makes me all warm and tingly inside. Love this cheeky countrified version, which even includes Yippie Yi Ohs!
