Three Imaginary Girls

Seattle's Indie-Pop Press – Music Reviews, Film Reviews, and Big Fun

TIG imagi-blog readers knew this already, but now it's official: Band of Horses will play a FREE all-ages show at the Vera Project this Saturday, October 6th. Here are the details from the press release:

Myspace.com, your favorite social networking site (unless you prefer Facebook, in which case – your second favorite social networking site) has been kind enough to bring former local heroes Band of Horses to Vera for one huge free night! Band of Horses are slated to release their second full-length album “Cease to Begin,” next Tuesday on Sub Pop Records. All of you out there who have listened to KEXP in the last two weeks have surely heard a handful of songs from that album and therefore should be sufficiently excited for the release date.

This is your only chance to see Band of Horses in Seattle until late November – so you better not miss this wonderful opportunity. Make sure you show up early because this show is first come first serve: yes even if your cousin’s friend’s, uncle works for Sub Pop, and Tom wont be here to hear your complaints.
