Three Imaginary Girls

Seattle's Indie-Pop Press – Music Reviews, Film Reviews, and Big Fun

My pal Barack Obama emailed me this morning. We are LIKETHIS, Barack and me. Anyhow, he had some very important news, so I'm sharing it with all of you:

You may already be registered to vote, but you probably know several people who are not.

If they're not registered by today, they can't vote in this historic election.

Mail-in and online registration has ended, but they can register in person until the end of the day today.

This election is going to hinge on unprecedented voter turnout — especially in Washington.

Visit the Washington Secretary of State's website, and find your nearest registration location today.

Then encourage your friends, family, and colleagues to do the same.

Together, we can make history and bring about the change we need.

Thanks,

Barack

P.S. — If you're already registered, you can vote today. Ballots were delivered last Thursday. Find your ballot drop location now:

PS ~ I'll end the suspense; the closest place to Seattle to register is in Renton. It's worth the drive!

King County
919 S.W. Grady Way
Renton, WA 98057
Phone: 206-296-8683
Fax: 206-296-0108

I got my absentee ballot in the mail over the weekend and I'm SO EXCITED to fill it in. I feel like I need a special ritual, maybe a good luck candle to burn or something. Does anyone have any suggestions?
