Three Imaginary Girls

Seattle's Indie-Pop Press – Music Reviews, Film Reviews, and Big Fun

Ahh, I remember shows, back before My Life With Newborn. How I pined for shows this holiday weekend. So I gotta ask all of you — what were the best shows in Seattle this weekend? And dare I ask, what were the worst?

I heard the Drive By Truckers live at the Triple Door on KEXP, which sounded damn good. And I heard Central Services completely blew everyone's mind at our Dancing on the Valentine 1985 prom benefit night by ending their set with a blistering cover of "Don't Stop Believin'" (huge props to Jeff for hitting Every Single Note on the final guitar solo, no small feat!).

What else, what else? Please share your show going adventures in the comments field below.

Also — I think I'm venturing out for my first post-baby show this week! I am EXCITED!!
