Three Imaginary Girls

Seattle's Indie-Pop Press – Music Reviews, Film Reviews, and Big Fun

Speaking of loving the Brunettes (ahem, I'm looking your way, Betsy Boston), Aversion posted a great review of their brand spankin' new record this morning. And it looks like they concur with your assessment, BB, calling them "crush-worthy" and loads of other gushing compliments:

So just spare yourself a lot of hassle now, put down that copy of The Brunettes' Structure and Cosmetics and walk away. The record store's full of albums that won't lead you down the road to another popcrush, and there's certainly more than a few of today's tastemakers that won't get under your skin like The Brunettes do. Put Structure and Cosmetics back on the shelf and sprint in the opposite direction. You've been warned.

Personally, I can't wait to see Betsy's review (coming soon to an imaginary website near you!)
