Looking for some sophisticated, delicious high-brow plans for this weekend?

TIG has two pairs of tickets for the Nicole Atkins and the Sea show at the Triple Door for this Friday night, July 25. Nicole was one of my best surprises from SXSW 2007, with her dark, soaring vocals set over moody, soulful guitar rock.

Her single "The Way It Is" was easily one of my favorite songs of last year. Here she is singing it live on Letterman late last year:
